1) Where do I get Chocolate Mice?

The Underground Lair. You can also buy them, if they're available, within Manon's auction.

2) Where is the Underground Lair?

You will encounter it proceding through the story.

3) How do I get back to the Underground Lair?

There's a hotspot between Keli's grave and Pierce's shop that you can click.

4) What happens if I lose all 10 of my spirit?

You get a Game Over. You can read more under Help>Story>New Cycles and Game Over.

5) Will I lose Soul Puppets or their levels during a Game Over?

No.

6) How do I regain Spirit?

Under Camp>Credit Shop there is a 'Spirit Recovery' option.

7) Can I ever have more than 10 Spirit?

No.

8) How will I know what to do next?

Check your journal - Player>Journal.

9) I just started, how can I level up?

Go to the Shadow Forest, it's the purple forested area on the first World Map.

10) How long has this game been online?

As of this writing (2012) the game is not yet finished and still considered a Beta. But it has been online since April 19th of 2009.

12) Can I delete my account?

No, but bear in mind that all inactive accounts will probably get deleted eventually. I can, however, completely ban you and anyone else from using your account if you ask nicely, which is essentially the same effect as it not being there.

13) Do you accept suggestions or any feedback?

Yes, but please only use the following methods of communication (not the chat) to make suggestions:

  1. A private one can be made on the feedback page located at "Community > Feedback".
  2. A public one can be made in the forum under "News & Feedback > Feedback".
Utilizing the private option will allow you to give an opinion without fear of scrutiny. However, please be aware that the staff here are human beings also and be polite utilizing either method.
