Donning disease repellent wear, she flutters her feathered wings through its alleyways and plague-ridden streets seeking the cruel, the callous, and the utterly unredeemable. One glint from her dead-eye Syringe Rifle, which is loaded with her patented E-Virus "empathy vaccine", and even the most hate-filled souls dissolve into sunshine, bliss, and sudden philanthropic urges... usually just in time to pay her astronomical "treatment fee."

But sainthood never comes cheap. While she cures the world of malice, she must survive a gauntlet of bureaucracy: the twisted nightmare called the Harmaceutical System, where her medical claims are treated with more suspicion than miracles.

Worse still are those who take mortal offense at her campaign of enforced kindness, hunting her for the heinous crime of making people feel anything other than cruelty.
