The Toymaker's inspiration came from a rodent in Meldorf that outwitted a dog twice its size, felling it not with strength, but with cunning and the slow cruelty of disease. From that image, he birthed this verminous Soul Puppet. Defective from the start, the Toymaker lacked the proper eyes, leaving it blind beneath filthy bandages. Yet even sightless, the Rotenshi fights with uncanny precision, spreading plague and tearing through flesh with ruthless ease.
